This page describes various sundry work done on commission.
A member of Das Toriche Lieben commissioned a recreation of a cradle from this 15th century image. I’m unsure of the provenance of the image but believe it to be late 15th Swiss or German. I made some alterations to the finished product on advice from people who know about babies, and interpreted the base to be flat rather than coopered.

The final result is slightly deeper than the image suggests, as well as a little longer. The work is done in pine, stained then waxed. The piece is entirely glued up, with a combination of mortice-and-tenon and rebate joinery.
For the same person, I created this 15th C Birthing stool, interpreted from a very vague woodcut. It is done in camphor laurel, and the photo below was taken prior to final finishing, waxing and polishing.
